installation from Greenway Home Improvements we are so confident in the security of your home that, in
the unlikely event of a break-in succeeding through failure of our
products, we will pay the cost (up to £500) of replacing or repairing
the forced window or door, and pay you £500 towards any inconvenience
caused!
2. 10 Year Manufacturer's GuaranteeIn addition to your dealer’s standard guarantee we offer a 10 year Conservatory Outlet manufacturer guarantee. This guarantee covers all Conservatory Outlet supplied products including window frames and hardware in the unlikely event that your dealer cannot.
In other words, in the unlikely event that your Conservatory Outlet dealer cannot honour the original agreement, then the Conservatory Outlet’s manufacturer will guarantee its products for the remainder of the term.
Deposit indemnity insurance is automatically included in your contract at no additional cost.

Insurance Backed GuaranteeConservatory Outlet dealers also offer a separate insurance backed guarantee, so in the unlikely event that your Conservatory Outlet dealer cannot honour the original agreement, then the 10 year guarantee is fully covered by an independent insurance company. Please speak to your local dealer and ask for more information about the Insurance Backed Guarantee Scheme they can offer you.
Separate insurance guarantees are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) who are the independent watchdog who regulate financial services.
