After a lot of thinking, they chose to have a P-Shape Conservatory fitted. The decision was made by the couple, with help from our expert customer service team, based on the style of their house, the couples wants and the space available.
Mr Jordan sent us a letter saying the following:
The service we received all the way from the initial contact to completion was to a very high standard. The staff were very good, helping us decide on which type of conservatory to have fitted. Also the surveyors, fitters and all of the people along the way did a good job as well – we felt everything was processed quickly and professionally. We just wanted to say how very pleased with our new conservatory and were very satisfied with the service provided by Greenway .
Your sales designer Steve was excellent and took his time to explain to us all the different products available and he wasn’t at all pushy which was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. In particular we-found that the technical advice given to us was very helpful and as a result we have a conservatory that fully meets our needs.
We are delighted with the professional way the installation was done and the quality of the product. The workmanship is excellent and the workforce have done a superb job.
If ever you need a “SHOWHOME” feel free to send people around we’d be happy to tell them how happy we are, it may cost you a bottle of wine though..
