We are writing to thank you for the fantastic service we have recently received when planning and ordering our new conservatory. After getting a few quotes from some of the other companies, Tim was by far the most friendly, honest and in general very helpful – and it was for this reason that we chose to place our order with Greenway. We were especially impressed with the ease of your costing process by using a spreadsheet to easily numerate everything.
Tim has been extremely patient with us (despite numerous calls, some editing to our requirements and our efforts to negotiate down further); we have benefited greatly from his advice in many things, even down to the colour scheme and furniture suggestions. Tim has made us feel confident that we will receive a quality victorian conservatory where we can relax in the evenings and enjoy our retirement together. We are really looking forward to our new conservatory in ross-on-wye.
