Just a line to say how delighted we are with our new energy rated windows.

Your fitters were marvellous. They were very quick and efficient, and really did a first class job.

What a difference the windows have made to the appearance of our house, we are so pleased with them. Hopefully we may be able to think about a conservatory in the next year or two, so well certainly be coming back to you.

Dear Mr Green,

As you are in no doubt aware, your company has just fitted uPVC double glazing to the above mentioned property and we would like to tell you how pleased we are with the finished product.

You are to be congratulated on your choice of staff, from your salesman Mr S. Tucker, your office staff, to the two fitters John and Steve. Both these lads are a credit to your company, nothing was too much trouble for them and even when through no fault of your own, it was necessary for them to work late on two evenings to complete the job on time.

However our invoice for tea bags and chocolate biscuits will follow.

After having a patio door, an outer porch door, and lastly a back door replaced by your company, I would like you to know how please I have been with the service I have received, from the initial quote through to the actual installation, and also the quality of the product.

I was particularly impressed on this last occasion with the speed with which the whole process was completed, especially given the time of year, and also the courtesy, skill and attention to detail of the installers.
