Greenway has always considered itself to be forward thinking, innovative and ahead of the game when it comes to home improvements. This mantra has never changed as we continue to bring you new products to make your home totally unique when compared to others in your neighbourhood. Our very latest product is the Veranda conservatory, which will bring both added value and added space to your home. To celebrate we are offering a massive 30 per cent off our new range, so there has never been a better time to own the very latest in conservatory technology.

The best time of the year to enjoy your garden is without doubt during the summer time and there is no better way of making use of it than with Veranda conservatories in Bristol and Veranda conservatories in Cardiff. We have designed them so that you have a Veranda area outside of the conservatory which is still covered by the glass roof. This means that you can literally sit outside and admire your garden even on the wettest of days without having to worry about getting soaked. You can access the Veranda via a set of bi fold or sliding doors, so you can flit in and out as often as you like and with the minimum of fuss required.

The looks of a Veranda conservatory really are something to behold and you will be hard pushed to find anyone who has something similar in your neighbourhood. Like conventional conservatories in South Wales, not only will they add value to your home, but there are so many different ways in which you could utilise the space offered by it.

Take advantage of this very special offer before it is too late. You can contact us online to arrange an appointment with one of our design consultants or call us for free on 0800 163 369.

Its fair to say as a nation here in the UK we are a very house proud. For many of us living in a nice well presented house is very important. However, if your home is starting to look a little tired and dated it can be difficult to know where to start. The current economic climate has also made many of us very wary about spending money on our houses that we will not see a good return on our investment from. Therefore it is important to plan your home improvement strategy carefully and ensure any home improvements that you do make will add value to the property.

One of the best ways of improving the overall aesthetics of a property is by replacing the windows and Doors. Often if timber framed windows and Doors have not been treated regularly the paint will start to peel off and they can rot and warp. By installing Double Glazing Windows and uPVC Doors you will not only immediately improve the look of your home but your home will continue to look good for many years to come as Double Glazing Windows and Doors only require cleaning with a cloth and warm soapy water in order to keep them looking as good as new no more painting.

Another great way of improving your home is by adding extra living space. The bigger your house is and the more useable living space you have the more desirable it will be. Conservatories have become a very popular way of adding extra living space to a home. They are not only one of the most affordable ways of adding extra living space but they also add a unique room with a light and airy atmosphere which is like no other room in your house. If you do decide to add a conservatory to your home it is important that you choose a style which will complement the existing house.

Gardens are an area of many properties which are often neglected and can spoil the overall appearance of a property. You do not need to be the greenest fingered person in the world to have a nice garden. By ensuring that your grass is cut regularly and that weeds are kept to a minimum you will be amazed at what a dramatic difference it can make to your garden.

Ensuring that your home is well presented can make it a much more enjoyable place to live. It can give you a real sense of pride and can make it more desirable to potential buyers if you decide to sell in the future

Greenway Home Improvements, part of the Conservatory Outlet network, specialise in the design and installation of uPVC conservatories, orangeries, energy efficient double glazing, replacement windows and doors throughout Cardiff, Bristol, Newport and parts of Gloucester.

Dear Readers,

I am writing to advise you to be careful when looking at websites to get a quote on conservatories.

When looking searching through the variety of conservatory sites, offering anything from double glazing windows to stable doors, it can be hard to decide who to trust.

Here’s a word of warning.

There are a number of ‘lead’ websites saying that they will give your details to a reputable local home improvement companies. Often they suggest that you can get a quote online for the work, but really these websites are trying to get your information, so that they can then sell this to three or four different companies.

The issue is that you are then likely to be bothered by these companies, including high pressure sales staff. With the high pressured situation, you’re unlikely to have been able to look in to any of the companies yourself before they phone you. We have heard lots of tales from people who have encountered such an issue, before finding our website that is.

We feel that if you’re looking for a quote for conservatories, orangerieswindows, doors or other home items, you would do better to spend more time gathering information on a few local companies in your area. Instead of  using lead generation websites to do it for you. The local home improvement companies are also likely to have local showrooms which will allow you to see for yourself the quality of the products, instead of relying on the salesman’ swagger. If you spend just a bit of time to do your own investigating you are more likely to find the best company to do your work, and overall receive a better service.

Matthew.

Dear Andrew,

We wanted a small extension that was larger than a Porch but there was insufficient space for a Conservatory. Thus we called it a Conorch.

Following a survey of first alternatives we selected Greenway mainly because of the superior quality of materials.

We appreciated your assistance in the design and were very impressed with the builders and the fitters and really wanted to compliment then on such a first class job.

Carry on with the good work and I’m sure Greenway has a brilliant future even in these tough times.

Mr & Mrs C Gibson.

We just wanted to write to you to say how pleased we are. It is now just over a month since you installed our conservatory in caldicot and we have had many happy hours in there.

The product is second to none, and we feel that we can say that with some authority after being a customer of one of the largest double glazing companies in the country for a number of years. We only wish that we had come to you before.

The base, building and installation work was carried outby friendly efficient staff. All rubbish was cleared and everything was left in a clean and tidy condition.

This last month has been a real test for your product. Snow, torrential rain and high winds all without any problems.

All this was provided at a price that we find unbeatable.

Thank you once again.

Mr & Mrs Davidson

Just a short note to say how delighted we are with our patio windows and conservatory. Please convey our thanks to your fitters for the care they took with our home o ensure that no mess was made.

They were both extremely pleasant and patient wit two customers who were extremely fussy.

The end results are exactly as we hoped they would be both in quality and design, and I am sure we will have many years of pleasure from them.

Yours Sincerely

Mr K & M Prosser

Dear Mr Green,

We wanted to put pen to paper just to say that our new conservatory is fantastic. We have been really impressed with all the aspects of the installation, and want to pass on our thanks to all of your employees.

The fitters were very clean and tidy and left our garden as if they hadn’t been there in fact after the patio slabs were laid our garden looked alot better.

We will be looking for some new windows and doors next year and we will defibately be coming back to your company.

Mr & Mrs Franklin

Roath, Cardiff
