As you know, I recently had all the windows and doors in my house replaced by your company. To say that I am delighted would be an understatement!

In this day and age it is all too common to suffer shoddy workmanship, faulty goods and poor service all of which I am quick enough to complain of.

It is a real pleasure to be able to write and thank you and your colleagues for the the way in which the job was handled. From the initial contact, through to the installation process and my contact with your office, I have alwasy been treated in a corteous and friendly way and made to feel (as all customers should) – important!

The difference the new windows and doors have made is quite dramatic. It has made several rooms, and the hall, look a good bit larger.
