Mr and Mrs Jordan, who live in Bristol recently chose to buy a conservatory from Greenway Home Improvements.

After a lot of thinking, they chose to have a P-Shape Conservatory fitted. The decision was made by the couple, with help from our expert customer service team, based on the style of their house, the couples wants and the space available.

Mr Jordan sent us a letter saying the following:

The service we received all the way from the initial contact to completion was to a very high standard. The staff were very good, helping us decide on which type of conservatory to have fitted. Also the surveyors, fitters and all of the people along the way did a good job as well – we felt everything was processed quickly and professionally. The finished product was extremely well installed and exactly what we were hoping it would look like.

So if you’re looking for Conservatories Bristol or Double Glazing Windows, please feel free to pop in to our Grenway showroom today.

Conservatory Ideas

With the current economy, home owners are looking at home improvement more than ever.

Why? Well, even though the recession is currently in full force, the property market has also been devalued considerably. This means that instead of looking at trying to sell, people are looking to improve what they already have – either for personal use, or to improve their home so they can then manage to sell.

So here at Greenway Home Improvements, despite the recession, sales are doing well. We still get a regular string of leads and take every care to meet the wants and needs of every customer individually.

An article in the Telegraph discussed this as well. The article states “Homeowners are spending an average of £5,300 on improving their homes rather than risk exposing themselves to the struggling property market, according to research.”

picture-033

The research goes on to say that new bathrooms and kitchens top the list for home improvement areas, this is not at all surprising as they are key areas to every home, with the average price for a new kitchen being around £6,300. Not just some loose change and it comes as a major investment.

It seems that people desire change. It is in our nature to want something new and sleek, and adding Conservatories to properties seems to be a very popular option at the moment.

It is believed that adding more space to a property in the form of a conservatory or orangery could add around £21,000 to the value of a property. This is a much better option than adding a kitchen or bathroom as a conservatory will add a lot more value to your home.

At Greenway Home Improvements, we understand the issues you may face with finance, so we offer some great deals , including 25% off conservatories and free flooring.

So if you’re looking to add to the value of your home, rather than selling, request a free quote online on our website. All of our conservatories are tailor made for your requirements. Our range of Orangeries are more contemporary and may suit more modern homes even more.

Double Glazing Brecon

Dear Sir/Madam,

My wife and I live in Brecon. Not long ago we were looking for new windows. We felt that it was the time to replace our old windows and we received some good quotes for Double Glazing in Brecon.

We were looking at selling our house, but in this tough time we decided that improving it was definitely the right choice. When we do come to sell, it will also add to the value of our home as well, so we see it as a sound investment.

We chose your website, having being recommended by someone at work, and requested a quote from you. We received a follow up call and the customer service was to a very high standard, the sales staff didn’t seem pushy or pressure us in to any decisions – like a couple of other companies we tried. With you we arranged a meeting time and they came over and showed us all the possibilities for our home.

The pricing was very good as well. The spreadsheet design showed was well crafted; the price was automatically adjusted to cater to our designs. This was very helpful as we were working to a budget, but wanted some nice windows installing.

Our Double Glazed Windows look brilliant and we’re very happy to have done business with you.

Regards,

R. Taper
Brecon.

The following is a letter we received for a recent installation of Double Glazing, Cardiff.

We also took a picture of the completed windows and were given permission to publish them:

double glazing windows

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had all of my windows replaced with Double Glazed Windows at my house in Cardiff. They were getting old and the lack of security started to become quite worrying. After discussing the options with you, I was very pleased with what I bought.

The fitters, Martin and Rohan, did a brilliant job, nothing was too much trouble for them, and I felt very happy leaving them in my home while I went to work. They were professional and completely trustworthy. They had a very friendly and professional approach, so be sure to thank them.

A lot of people in my neighborhood have commented on the quality of the windows, as well as the Tilt And Turn design. I’ve let them all know where to find you.

Thanks again for a great service.

Yours Sincerely,

J. Rodridge,
Cardiff

The following is a letter we received after fitting a conservatory in Stonehouse.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing on behalf of my husband. We recently purchased a Conservatory. The fitters have been around this week, making sure it’s completed exactly how we wanted it to be. They were very understanding and professional with everything.

We decided that we wanted a small dwarf wall, so that I could see the garden and watch the birds from the conservatory. That is why we went for the Bespoke Conservatory, as it allowed us to design it exactly how we wanted.

My husband suggested that we get had bi-folding uPVC Doors installed, I don’t really know about them, but they work really well and it’s very nice to be able to open the front of the Conservatory fully.

We expected some mess, of course, but the fitters were very good at cleaning it as they went. Can you please thank them for this.

So thank you again for our new Cream Conservatory in Stonehouse. I am looking forward to spending many hours in the beautiful Conservatory.

Yours Sincerely,
Mrs Yates

New quality doors can help to add to the look and value of a property. With uPVC Doors, there are numerous designs and colours available. A lot of doors these days can also be made and designed to meet your own specific requirements, even including the glass placement and design. uPVC Doors have become extremely popular and are now the most common door in the housing market. They can also be used as both interior and exterior doors.

Lots of companies manufacture an enormous range of uPVC Windows and doors and the internet is becoming, or perhaps already is, the best medium to find these manufacturers. But before you choose manufacturer, be sure to look at some testimonials, and request a quote or two to see the range of prices.

Not only do Double Glazing doors add to the beauty of a house, uPVC doors also serve as one of the most cost-effective home improvement additions to your home – decreasing the amount of heat lost, and saving you money. There are a large selection of windows and doors available on the market differing in both design and colour. Our doors range from a standard casement door, to ta more sturdy Rock Door and many more.

uPVC Doors are easily maintained and will not have to be given much time or effort for their maintenance. The PVC material used to make the doors retains its original colour for a long period, meaning that they will never need to be painted! Obviously safety is important as well, which is why we have a selection of locks and hinges to make sure you are as comfortable as possible with your new door.

For more information on our range of uPVC Doors, or information about other home improvement ideas, please visit our products page, or ring us on 0800 163 369 and a customer service representative will be happy to help.

After coming to Greenway Home Improvement last year for our rockdoor, we decided to come back for a bigger job!

This time we came to have our victorian conservatory installed. It’s a huge thing for us, and obviously we wanted someone we could trust to do a good job. We knew after the service we received last time that you were the right company to go with.

picture-013

The price of the conservatory was very reasonable, we’ve heard stories as well of people adding extras on to the fee agreed at the end. Obviously, we were happy that you didn’t!

The staff were very helpful as always and did a great job handling all of our queries. We recommended you to our neighbours after you fitted our conservatory and they’ve just ordered one of your tailor made orangeries. We can’t wait to see who’s looks better at the end.

Will you also thank Chris for helping us chose our colour scheme and type of windows to go with. It was really helpful showing us what type of design would suit our needs. He helped us pick out our double glazing windows, which we were pretty clueless about. We ended up getting energy rated windows which we are very happy with.

Our thanks once again for our victorian conservatory, all the best.

Mr and Mrs Standlers
Bristol
